日安憂鬱_那男孩吃了花

前陣子去逛一間中東香料行  想找番紅花 

老闆說價格漲太高沒進了...網路買感覺又不是很安心  不知哪兒有~~?

就先買了薑黃粉來煮看看 是巴基斯坦進口的

蒜味奶油薑黃飯

奶油入鍋 蒜片爆香 加入薑黃粉跟洗好的米 拌炒一下 加點鹽

加好水就直接拿到電鍋煮比較方便

健康路線可以使用橄欖油也不錯

但實在難以抗拒奶油的香味...

雞里肌肉

橄欖油中小火煎 用鹽跟義大利香料調味

番茄

煎雞柳時可以放在旁邊一起料理 也是使用橄欖油

Jamie Oliver說切面要朝下~

蕃茄拌炒完的汁可以淋在雞柳上

幾年前在某家cafe吃過的布朗尼大概長下圖這樣  偶爾會懷念起那味道

由於不是專業的也是烘培新手就隨意點了...

花生醬的食譜參考這個

Frosting and ganache

• 1 cup chunky peanut butter (do not use natural or old-fashioned)
• 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, divided, room temperature
• 3/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1 tablespoon whole milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

但還沒買到香草精也沒糖粉也沒肉豆蔻 

就只使用了花生醬 無鹽奶油 鹽 牛奶

Using electric mixer, beat peanut butter and 1/4 cup butter in medium bowl to blend. Beat in powdered sugar, salt, and nutmeg, then milk and vanilla. Spread frosting over brownies.

Stir chocolate and 1/4 cup butter in heavy small saucepan over low heat until smooth. Drop ganache all over frosting; spread to cover. Chill until set, about 1 1/2 hours. Do ahead Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and keep chilled.

材料也只使用打蛋器拌一拌嘍

把隔夜的布朗尼加熱  我是使用烤箱放一碟水在旁邊

淋上去就好了~

但整體味道還不錯  鹹味花生醬跟布朗尼很搭!!
